The Jägermeister Culture & Experiential Marketing team is responsible for building brand relevance and bringing the brand values to life through the development and execution of innovative and authentic programmes that enable Best Nights through collaboration with creative communities worldwide. Support the role of Jägermeister to be(come) a trusted and active partner in global nightlife in our Global Culture & Experiential Marketing team in Wolfenbüttel as a:

Your key responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the global roll-out and strategic management of our student brand ambassador programme "Feierstarter" as well as further initiatives to recruit our core target group Gen Z.
  2. Implementing international projects and driving the establishment of global platforms, programmes, and communities.
  3. With the help of events, artists, and opinion leaders, building global and regional brand affinity while contributing to Jägermeister's global strategies.
  4. Expand the network of artists, which we collaborate with globally who want to shape the future of nightlife.
  5. Amplify organic content coming from our artists to strengthen our brand equity.
  6. Collaborate with key strategic and functional partners and suppliers, maintaining positive and productive relationships and increasing the exchange among each other.
  7. Set up the organizational roles & responsibilities within different projects and ensure high-quality execution in the content & event production.

Qualifications:

  1. Completed studies in Marketing or other related fields.
  2. Several years of work experience in Marketing, particularly with international projects.
  3. Good understanding of trends and subcultures, ideally contracts in the artist scene.
  4. Experience in the management of complex projects.
  5. Creative, confident manner, flexibility, and customer-oriented; team player.
  6. Increased willingness to travel.
  7. Independent and passionate about nightlife culture.
  8. Proficient and fluent in English and preferably more languages.
  9. Competent handling of MS Office applications.
