(Junior) Global Product Manager for Trading Goods (m/f/d)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to manage our product portfolio within cross-functional global teams. This role will be responsible for overseeing product lifecycle activities to meet global market needs and specific country requirements, ensuring alignment with company goals and financial targets.

Your Responsibilities

1. Ethos of strong ownership for your dedicated projects & product-pipeline roadmap
2. Performing portfolio analyses, defining the portfolio strategy, and translating it into tangible marketing initiatives
3. Managing multiple action items as required to implement business plans within cross-functional global teams
4. Responsibility for product success based on overarching goals and financial targets
5. Plan and execution of brand-planning activities as per product-life-cycle requirements
6. Develop marketing deliverables, including business cases as required for various projects
7. Market analysis affinity as a prerequisite for the definition of strategic roadmap activities and founded decision-making
8. Financial impact analysis; dashboard creation, review, monitoring and recommendations
9. Definition of strategic product and project roadmap activities

Your Profile

1. Successfully completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent such as Industrial Management
2. Excellent business English, German is a plus but not mandatory
3. First experience (at least one year) in product management, or sales back-office as part of a med-tech or pharma team setting
4. Basic understanding of the medical device and pharmaceutical industries necessary
5. Experience with SAP toolkit & related procedural affinity is highly desirable
6. First experiences in liaising with category management, suppliers, quality and regulatory affairs desirable
7. Expertise in product lifecycle, sales support, and project management, with a focus on analyzing business requirements and driving actionable strategies
8. Ability to work efficiently in a structured environment under time pressure, while being open to feedback and committed to continuous learning and growth
