Deine Schwerpunkte bei uns

Als Digital Marketing Communications Specialist (Elternzeitvertretung, 18 - 24 Monate Deckung, mit der Möglichkeit zur Verlängerung) bist du insbesondere für die Koordination und Umsetzung unserer digitalen Kommunikationsmaßnahmen verantwortlich. Du arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Kolleg:innen aus den Experten-Teams zusammen und übernimmst eine Schlüsselrolle in der internen Abstimmung. Die Aufgaben im Detail:

Webseite & SEO

• Koordination der Website-Inhalte zwischen Management, SEO-Team, den Experten-Teams und internen Stakeholdern
• Briefing und Veröffentlichung neuer Seiten
• Optimierung bestehender Seiten
• SEO-Abstimmung mit relevanten Teams
• Übersetzungskoordination
  
  

Blog & Content Marketing

• Pflege des Redaktions- und Mediaplans
• Koordination und Unterstützung bei der Content-Erstellung
• Steuerung der Übersetzungen
• Überwachung und Durchführung des Veröffentlichungsprozesses (CMS, QA etc.)
  
  

Social Media

• Planung der Beiträge
• Unterstützung bei der Content-Erstellung für LinkedIn & Instagram
• Organisation der Übersetzungen und ggf. leichte grafische Anpassungen
• Timing, Hashtag-Strategie und Koordination mit anderen Channels
  
  

Outreach & PR

• Unterstützung bei Gastbeiträgen, Speakerbewerbungen und Kooperationen
• Themenrecherche und Stakeholder-Kommunikation
  
  

Google Ads & Landing Pages

• Kommunikation mit externer Google-Ads-Beratung
• Koordination von Unbounce-Landingpages
  
  

Your profile

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (minimum 5 Jahre) im digitalen Marketing oder in der Unternehmenskommunikation
• Gute Kenntnisse in CMS, SEO-Basics und digitalen Tools (Google Analytics, Social Media Management)
• Stilsichere Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch (C2-Niveau) und gute Englischkenntnisse (C2-Niveau)
• Organisationstalent, Selbstständigkeit und ein gutes Gespür für Markenkommunikation
• Verlässlichkeit, eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und Teamorientierung
