Key Responsibilities:

• Facility Management
• Coordination of legal & insurance items
• Coordination and management of contractors, vendors and external consultants
• Management of Operational Safety
• Change Management
• Supervision of reception desk team
• Coordination of visitors
• Maintenance of assay portfolio oversight
• Monitoring of resources, capacity and quality

Position Qualifications (Education, Skills, Experience):

• 5 Years of Facility Management experience preferred
• 3 Years of Laboratory experience preferred
• Project Management experience is preferred
• Operational Safety
• Supervision of reception desk team
• Monitoring of resources, capacity and quality
• Maintenance of assay portfolio oversight
