We are looking for an NPL Sell-In Specialist to join our supply chain team in Munich as soon as possible.
YOUR MISSION IN BEAUTY
The NPL Sell-In Specialist will be responsible for the coordination of the End-to-End NPL Sell-In Process, acting as a key interface between Brand Teams, Commercial Teams, and Supply Chain Teams. The main objective of this role is to ensure all products are available in Retail before the target On-Counter- Date (OCD).
- Provide the NPL Sell-In process framework and full clarity to all teams involved to ensure all needed documents are available for Commercial to meet Retailer deadlines (the framework is currently being re-designed and you will join the project team).
- Development, implementation, and ownership of Project Management tools.
- Definition and publication of the Sell-In Cycle Calendar for the Fiscal years.
- Kick off each working cycle and publish the detailed retro planning.
- Track work progress and ensure people respect deadlines.
- Support Brand and Commercial Teams in determining and allocating quantities.
- Preparation and moderation of the Pre-Sell-In Meeting (3-4 times a year).
- Close collaboration with SAP Event Specialists to create SAP Events, keep them updated, and ensure timely upload of Non-saleable Orders.
- Preparation and moderation of the Monthly Shipping Meeting to discuss the latest updates in NPL Sell-In Planning with Brand Teams and Commercial, ensuring everyone is well informed.
- Track incoming orders, product availability, respect quotas, and OCD needs to decide which orders can be delivered and when.
- Preparation and moderation of the Weekly Order Release Meeting, exchanging with Customer Care which orders are due for delivery and can ship.

- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving talent.
- Experience in Brand or Commercial functions with first experiences on how to organize the Sell-In of a new product.
- Experience of how the Cosmetics Business works between Industry and Retailers.
- First experience in project management.
- Proficiency in SAP, BI, Power BI, and Project Management tools.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- High interest to learn and grow within ELC.
