Do you have several years of experience as a (Senior) Consultant in the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation / Variable Pay module? Do you enjoy supporting customers on their journey into Human Experience Management? With us, you not only advise and support customers during the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on core HR processes, but also analyze business processes and model customer-specific process proposals and improvements. Would you like to take on responsibility and act as a (partial) project manager in implementation projects in the area of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation / Variable Pay (also Employee Central)?

- High degree of self-organization and strong communication skills
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Moderate willingness to travel
