Your Responsibilities

• Lead the national sales strategy to accelerate revenue, market share, and profitable growth across all channels in Germany
• Strengthening partnerships with major retailers such as EDEKA, REWE, and leading discounters, including ownership of annual negotiations and joint business plans
• Inspire and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Drive commercial excellence through accurate forecasting and reporting
• Collaborate closely across functions—Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Category Management—to deliver powerful in-market execution
• Monitor market and competitor trends to identify growth opportunities and adapt strategies with speed and precision
• Own the sales P&L, ensuring sustainable, profitable growth aligned with Kraft Heinz’s long-term ambitions
• Build trusted internal relationships with cross‑functional leaders to align commercial strategy and decision‑making while navigating complex organizational dynamics
• Deliver clear, compelling presentations that translate strategy and results into actionable next steps and motivate stakeholders
• Model an upbeat, high‑energy approach as a positive and challenge‑oriented leader

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
• Extensive FMCG sales experience in a similar role, including direct responsibility for major German retail customers
• Proven leadership track record, with the ability to build, coach, and empower high-performing teams
• Strong commercial acumen, including P&L management, trade investment optimization, and complex negotiations
• Deep understanding of the German retail landscape, market dynamics, and shopper behaviour
• Strategic yet hands‑on approach, supported by strong analytical and execution skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, enabling effective collaboration across a matrix organization
• Fluency in German and English is essential
