Your role:
- Develop and implement a long-term roadmap to deeply integrate Google Analytics, Looker, and Looker Studio into our organization.
- Derive meaningful insights through targeted analyses to enable recommendations for product development, marketing, and management.
- Introduce and manage Optimizely, design and conduct A/B tests, and derive measures to improve conversion rates and user experience.
- Ensure high data quality, develop automatic reports, establish performance KPIs, and measure the impact of analytics on business decisions.
- Communicate complex issues understandably, support internal teams in using analytics tools, and promote a data-oriented culture across the company.
Your profile:
- Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration, statistics, marketing, or a comparable background.
- Several years of experience with Google Analytics (including GA4), tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager), as well as Looker and Looker Studio.
- In-depth understanding of data analysis, web analytics, A/B testing, and conversion optimization, with confidence in tools like Optimizely.
- Ability to derive strategic recommendations from data and translate them into concrete measures.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to inspire cross-departmental enthusiasm for data-driven decisions.
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English.
