Senior Fullstack Engineer - Employee App

As part of our tech stack, we are using: React.js, Typescript, Kotlin, Go, Java, MongoDB, Terraform, Docker and Playwright, to name a few.

What you’ll be doing

• Responsible for improving and developing both our web-based clients, and our RESTful web services.
• Work in a cross-functional scrum team and produce high-quality and tested code.
• Give and receive valuable feedback in our code review process and continuously learn and share knowledge with your peers.
• Being open to feedback and taking ownership of your work are essential.
• Take ownership for the topics you care about, ranging from the features you produce over the quality of our work to the environment we work in.
• You work iteratively, frequently pushing code, ensuring a good CI/CD pipeline, and automating where possible.

What you need to be successful

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Passionate about the things you build and want to make a difference.
• You are a Fullstack Engineer with experience in React.js and ideally React Native; on the backend, you have experience in Java/Kotlin and/or Go.
• Ideally, you have worked with MongoDB, Terraform, Docker before and have an understanding of REST and Microservices; next to that, you are passionate about Test Driven Development.
• Proficient knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Focused on quality, testability, security, and documentation.
• CI/CD and automation experience.
• Preferably, you have worked in an agile environment before.
• Good English communication skills.
• You are a self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding and appreciative of diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
