Requirements

• Steering & control of construction management, including compliance with legal and quality requirements
• Negotiation with clients on contracts, addenda, and project adjustments
• Responsibility for cost calculation, quotation, and subcontractor procurement
• Independent acquisition, maintenance, and development of customer relationships
