Our client, global IT organization, is hiring a ServiceNow CSM Consultant to join the team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will utilize their skills in the Customer Service Management module to support a major supermarket retail chain in Germany.
Responsibilities
Provide advisory guidance on optimising and enhancing the ServiceNow CSM module.
Deliver hands-on configuration and development to meet evolving business needs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design, build and improve customer service workflows and integrations.
Skillset
English fluency with German language skills a big advantage.
Proven ServiceNow CSM implementation and development experience.
Strong consultative skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Availability for 1–2 days per week over the coming months.
