Our client, global IT organization, is hiring a ServiceNow CSM Consultant to join the team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will utilize their skills in the Customer Service Management module to support a major supermarket retail chain in Germany.


Responsibilities

• Provide advisory guidance on optimising and enhancing the ServiceNow CSM module.

• Deliver hands-on configuration and development to meet evolving business needs.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design, build and improve customer service workflows and integrations.

Skillset

• English fluency with German language skills a big advantage.

• Proven ServiceNow CSM implementation and development experience.

• Strong consultative skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Availability for 1–2 days per week over the coming months.
