Your Key Points

• Take over the customizing in the SAP HCM environment, especially in the SAP PT and PY modules, in order to implement individual requirements of the departments.
• Advise internal stakeholders on all topics relating to SAP HCM.
• Continuous analysis and optimization of HR processes using modern technologies to ensure agile and efficient HR management.
• Ensure the integration of SAP HCM with other HR systems and manage interfaces for a holistic information flow.
• Lead SAP HCM projects from conception to implementation and ensure successful implementation on time and within budget.

Your Qualifications

• Degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of practical experience as an SAP HCM consultant (m/f/d) with proven success in the implementation of projects.
• Sound knowledge of customizing SAP HCM, especially in the PT and PY modules.
• Language skills in German and English for cooperation with the specialist departments and other IT teams.
