Responsibilities
- Lead the Controlling department with 2 staff members and manage the economic performance to support management and the executive board.
- Develop the Controlling reporting system, including KPIs and tools for sales and production controlling.
- Support strategic decisions and derive actionable recommendations.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
- Conduct cost, profit, and variance analyses regularly.
- Create product and service cost calculations.
- Coordinate and prepare the corporate budget planning and forecasting.
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in Controlling, preferably with background from the FMCG sector.
- First experience in team leadership is desirable.
- Compatible leadership style for a mid‑size company with an analytical mindset and a hands‑on attitude.
- Strong analytical skills, reliability, conscientiousness, discretion, and good communication skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office.
- Proficient in professional ERP systems (ideally SAP, key user).
- Experience with BI tools (ideally Power‑BI) and planning tools is welcome.
- Completed university degree in economics, preferably with a focus on accounting/controlling, or a comparable qualification.
