On behalf of a leading client, we are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable professional to enhance disease awareness and facilitate early diagnosis of rare conditions. This role involves engaging with healthcare professionals to support patient identification and referral. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the territory KAM and other cross-functional internal teams to implement educational initiatives and strategic outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive awareness of rare diseases among healthcare professionals to aid in early diagnosis and patient referral.
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders involved in the patient pathway.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person engagements, including educational events and congresses.
  • Facilitate discussions on patient screening, diagnostic testing, and referral networks.
  • Analyse and optimise engagement strategies using CRM data and territory insights.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or certification as a pharmaceutical sales representative.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in hybrid/remote sales is a must-have.
  • Strong understanding of disease awareness, diagnosis pathways, and referral structures.
  • Proficiency in digital and omnichannel engagement strategies.
  • Knowledge of healthcare systems and physician networks.
  • Prior experience in rare disease or specialty care is preferred.
