Starting Salary: $105,288 (2024-2025 Salary) plus 8.5% annuity; 261 day, 12-month position

Required qualifications for this position:
Master's degree from an accredited institution, with a major in administration and supervision
Valid state certificate from the Iowa Department of Education to practice as an elementary school principal
Minimum of three years successful teaching experience
Iowa Department of Education Administrative Evaluator Approval
Such alternative to the above qualifications as Board may find appropriate and acceptable
Preferred qualifications for this position:
Teaching and/or administrative experience
