Responsibilities

Client Strategy & Relationship Management

  • Own the strategic and operational development of a pan-European client project.
  • Act as the main client interface, understanding business objectives and providing tailored solutions.

Project Coordination & Execution

  • Oversee day-to-day execution across 35 countries, managing agency and field teams.
  • Ensure seamless information flow and cross-country alignment for all involved stakeholders.

Team Leadership & Internal Collaboration

  • Supervise and coach country account teams and field operations.
  • Facilitate best practice sharing and process alignment across local teams.

Performance Management & Reporting

  • Track KPIs and project milestones using digital tools.
  • Drive continuous improvement via data insights and structured reporting (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI).

Financial Management

  • Manage the full account budget: planning, forecasting, controlling, and invoicing.
  • Identify cost efficiencies and ensure budget adherence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in international Key Account Management or Project Management
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale, cross-country projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
  • PowerBI knowledge is a plus
  • Skilled in using project management or CRM / reporting platforms
