Overview

Vonovia SE is looking for a Strategy Manager:in for Berlin, München or Bochum to actively shape the growth strategy of Europe’s largest housing company.

Responsibilities

  • You accompany the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and projects that have a significant impact on our company direction.
  • You prepare the annual portfolio segmentation process of our housing stock and serve as a competent contact for the business.
  • With your forward-looking approach, you conduct well-founded market and competitive analyses, identify new trends, potentials and risks early, and secure our long-term success.
  • You contribute your expertise to strategy planning (e.g., strategic analyses, scenario modeling) and derive concrete recommendations for action.
  • You maintain an overview of key KPIs for our growth strategy, take on monitoring and reporting, and prepare decision briefs for the respective recipients.
  • In cross-functional teams, you accompany strategic projects and actively contribute to collaboration.
  • Creating business cases and professionally evaluating strategic options round out your responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • You have a completed degree in economics, business administration, information systems, or a comparable field.
  • You already bring several years of relevant professional experience from strategy consulting, corporate development, controlling or a comparable position.
  • Your strong analytical understanding, confident handling of numbers and complex models, and experience in market and competitive analyses distinguish you.
  • You know how to present complex topics clearly and to the right audience.
  • Communication strength, cross-functional thinking and a proactive mindset are natural for you.
  • Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form complete your profile.
