For our great IT team, we are searching for a Subject Matter Expert Salesforce (f/m/d).

Tasks

• Configures and customizes the Enterprise Application Salesforce
• Consults Solution Architects as technical expert
• Evaluates, implements and tests technical solutions
• Provides 2nd level support for Salesforce
• Participates in Projects

Profile

• University degree in Information Technology or similar background
• Deep knowledge of the application Salesforce and the interfaces to other applications
• Fluent in English and good command of German
• Ability to understand the business needs, communicate in an appropriate way on all hierarchy levels, and find great solutions.
