This full‑time, on‑site position, based in Düsseldorf, involves overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory control, managing stock levels, and coordinating logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments. The Warehouse Manager supervises team members, optimizes storage procedures, monitors inventory accuracy, and ensures compliance with safety standards while communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Stock Control, Inventory Control, and Inventory Management
• Experience in Operations Management and optimizing warehouse workflows
• Proficiency in Forklift Operation and knowledge of warehouse safety procedures
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to communicate fluently in both Chinese and English/German (required for role‑specific communication needs)
• Previous experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory software
