Senior IT Business Partner – DLG Group
DLG Group is one of Europe’s leading agricultural companies, driving innovation in sustainability and digitalisation. Our IT team is looking for a Senior IT Business Partner to play a strategic role in bridging business and technology, ensuring that IT initiatives deliver real value across diverse business areas such as supply chain optimisation, data‑driven farming, and green energy initiatives.
Your role
As Senior IT Business Partner you will ensure transparency of IT projects and roadmaps across DLG Group. You will capture business demands, prepare documentation for portfolio management, and support strategic projects from idea to implementation – ensuring alignment with IT governance and organisational readiness for change.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point for business‑critical issues
- Drive IT governance processes and collaborate closely with the Group CIO
- Advise on solutions and perform cost‑benefit analyses in partnership with business process managers and enterprise architects
- Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
- Ensure alignment with portfolio management standards and IT governance principles
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in IT Business Partnering, stakeholder management, or technology project management
- Ability to align business strategy with IT strategy and manage IT roadmaps effectively
- Strong communication skills and the capability to build trusted relationships across all levels
- Fluent English at a professional level; knowledge of Danish and/or German is an advantage
- Relevant higher education in IT or leadership
- Willingness to travel between Denmark and Germany as part of this exciting role
- Experience working in large, complex organisations
- Knowledge of IT governance and portfolio management framework
