About Us
AirAdvisor is dedicated to ensuring air travelers receive compensation for flight disruptions, including delays, cancellations, missed connections, and airline-related issues like overbooking. In June 2025 we launched a baggage-claims service for lost, delayed, and/or destroyed luggage. We operate in the EU, UK, and other international markets, focusing on protecting air passenger rights globally. We have processed over 500,000 claims for clients from 221 countries, with a 4.7-star rating from 25,550+ reviews. We currently operate in 21 languages (9 more forthcoming this year) and aim to reach 1 million claims by the end of 2026.
We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Lawyer specializing in consumer flight claims (typically via small claims procedure) to lead in-court collections, potentially opening their own boutique law firm in Germany. Pre-court collections are managed by a team of paralegals. You will be responsible for filing batches of court cases to recover compensation and/or reimbursement of Out-of-Pocket Expenses (OPE) incurred by passengers and/or recover ticket refunds. AirAdvisor handles three types of airline claims: EU261 compensation for delays, cancellations, and denied boarding; and three types of baggage claims under the Montreal Convention: lost, delayed, and/or destroyed luggage.
If the law or a judge decides a case unfairly, we may consider escalating to change the law where feasible. There may be PR opportunities related to court victories and essential legal issues. This is an excellent opportunity for high performers who can self-perform, have strong litigation experience, and are passionate about advocating consumer rights in the airline industry.
The candidate must be free from conflicts of interest and able to litigate claims against different airlines.
