Your Mission

As a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Python and AI you will be instrumental in shaping and implementing CUJUs scalable reliable and future-proof technology architecture. You’ll be at the core of building AI-powered solutions that directly impact the future of sports talent identification.

Tasks

What You’ll Work On

• Design and implement the overall AI-driven software architecture.
• Write clean production-ready Python code and champion best practices.
• Build and maintain robust CI / CD pipelines.
• Define and implement release strategies (blue / green canary rolling updates). Collaborate closely with stakeholders product teams and data scientists

What You’ll Bring

• 7 years in software engineering with a strong focus on Python.
• Proven experience in system architecture and distributed applications.
• Deep knowledge of AI / ML systems and their integration into scalable products.
• Strong grasp of design patterns clean architecture and SOLID principles.
• Hands‑on expertise with CI / CD cloud platforms (AWS) Docker Kubernetes.
• Fluent English.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with microservices and event‑driven architectures.
• Familiarity with Terraform and observability tools (Prometheus Grafana ELK).
• Contributions to open‑source AI / ML projects or technical publications.
