Platform Architect Salesforce

Overview

We are looking for a Solution Architect Salesforce (m/f/d)

Location: Hybrid – either in the Rhein-Ruhr or Rhein-Main region (Germany), or in Bucharest / Sibiu (Romania)

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and requirements and translate them into technical concepts
• Design future-proof Salesforce architectures based on best practices, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and flexibility
• Select the right Salesforce products and features (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) and combine them into optimal solutions
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, project managers, and developers, while advising internal partners on the effective use of the Salesforce platform
• Ensure solutions comply with governance, security, and regulatory requirements
• Support the introduction of new releases and features, including rollouts

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration – or an equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Solution Architect B2B/B2C/Commerce or Application Architect)
• Strong business orientation with a consulting and solution-driven mindset
• Proven experience in leading and implementing complex CRM projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills – also in an international environment
• Very good English skills (spoken and written), German language skills are an advantage
