Junior Application Engineer (f / m / d)

At RIIICO, we’re reimagining how enterprise customers connect and scale digital factory planning — and we know that success doesn’t stop at the product. That’s why we’re looking for a Junior Application Engineer to be the bridge between our technology and the people using it.

This role is perfect for someone who loves solving real-world problems, enjoys working closely with customers, and wants to build processes that support the user along the entire journey. You’ll support integration, onboarding, and expansion — working hand-in-hand with Sales, Customer Success, and our technical team to ensure smooth adoption and measurable results.

• Work with us on some of the most advanced industrial simulation and planning projects


• Support customer onboarding and technical integration for enterprise clients — from kickoff to full deployment.


• Assist Sales and Customer Success with pre-sales demos, pilot projects, and post-sale expansions.


• Translate complex customer needs into actionable product setups and workflows.


• Create documentation, templates, and training materials to support customer rollout and internal operations.

• Bachelor/Master with technical background


• First Understanding of enterprise software environments and customer-facing project work.


• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn — you don’t wait for direction, you ask the next question.


• Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and visual (German and English).


• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word


• Affinity with automotive manufacturing, factory planning, or industrial engineering processes.


• First Familiarity with 3D simulation tools (e.g., Siemens Tecnomatix, Visual Components, or similar) is a strong plus.
