SANY is a global leader in construction equipment, known for its commitment to innovation, quality, and customer-centric development. As we expand our compact loader product line, we are looking for an experienced and driven Product Manager Senior to lead product strategy and ensure world-class competitiveness in key global markets.

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced Product Manager Senior with deep expertise in loader development and global market knowledge. This individual will play a key role in shaping SANY’s compact loader portfolio, leading the product definition process, and ensuring alignment with the demands of European and North American markets. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in product leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering high-quality machines from concept to production.

This position is a full time and permanent offer. The R&D center is based in Stuttgart and we can consider office hybrid model.

For business needs you may be invited to travel to China for 2 to 3 weeks per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and definition for compact loaders, with a focus on market alignment and technical excellence.
• Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis in Europe and North America to define clear, actionable product requirements.
• Drive the end-to-end development process of new loader models, collaborating with R&D, sales, marketing, and manufacturing teams.
• Ensure products meet customer expectations in terms of performance, features, cost, and compliance with local regulations.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional development teams, managing timelines, deliverables, and quality targets.
• Act as a key liaison between regional markets and SANY headquarters, translating customer needs into product innovation.
• Represent the product vision internally and externally, including at customer visits, trade shows, and executive reviews.
• Foster alignment with SANY’s corporate culture, emphasizing ownership, speed, innovation, and resilience.
• Travel regularly to China and key global markets for development coordination and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Product Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in loader development with leading European or North American equipment brands.
• Proven leadership of at least two full-cycle mass-production loader projects (from concept to launch).
• Deep understanding of the loader market landscape in EU and North America, including customer needs, application scenarios, and regulatory environments.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing product or engineering teams of 10 or more members.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
