Consultant - Key Account Management at Phaidon International

Glocomms are currently partnered with a leading Automotive company that are currently looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join their team on a permanent basis. The client are based in Stuttgart and are looking for someone to be on site 1 or 2 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
• Act as a technical architect on Salesforce projects, ensuring scalable and sustainable architecture decisions.
• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and other developers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide hands-on development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Ensure integration with other systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior team members.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development and architecture.
• Proven experience with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and best practices.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience designing scalable and secure technical solutions across complex environments.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect, Service Cloud Consultant) are highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with additional Salesforce products (e.g., Experience Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud) is a plus.
