Role Overview
As a Strategy Manager, your typical day includes strategic discussions with leadership, leading project teams, engaging with cross-functional teams, analyzing stakeholder feedback, and reviewing project progress to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic analysis of markets, competition, and global business setup.
- Lead planning initiatives, including target setting, scenario development, and roadmaps.
- Manage strategic projects related to new ventures, partnerships, and market communication.
- Promote collaboration across Siemens Energy Business Areas to foster a unified team approach.
- Support and interact with top management in Transformation of Industry.
- Engage with communities to inspire enthusiasm for future objectives of Steam Turbines and Generators.
Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in strategy, decarbonization technologies, consultancy, or sustainability.
- Successful track record in strategy implementation and project management.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to forecast markets and competitors.
- Proven leadership in managing complex projects within a global organization.
- Proficiency in Business English; German language skills are an advantage.
