Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct strategic analysis of markets, competition, and global business setup.

• Promote collaboration across Siemens Energy Business Areas to foster a unified team approach.
• Support and interact with top management in Transformation of Industry.
• Engage with communities to inspire enthusiasm for future objectives of Steam Turbines and Generators.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in strategy, decarbonization technologies, consultancy, or sustainability.
• Successful track record in strategy implementation and project management.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to forecast markets and competitors.
• Proven leadership in managing complex projects within a global organization.
• Proficiency in Business English; German language skills are an advantage.
