Our client is a highly regarded private clinic specializing in plastic surgery and cosmetic medicine. Recognized as one of the leading centers of its kind in Greece, the clinic is expanding its surgical offerings and seeks a General Surgeon to join its established plastic & cosmetic practice in Kalamaria, Thessaloniki, Greece.

This role is ideal for a General Surgeon who enjoys performing core general surgical procedures while collaborating with a high-volume plastic and cosmetic surgery team.

Typical Workday:

• Perform a range of general surgical procedures
• Provide pre-operative evaluation, intraoperative management, and post-operative follow-up for general surgery patients
• Collaborate closely with plastic & cosmetic surgeons on combined or staged procedures when clinically indicated
• Contribute to clinical quality, safety protocols, and infection prevention standards
• Document care accurately in the clinic's medical record system and support outcomes tracking for quality improvement

Skills and Competencies:

• Medical Degree (MD, MBBS, or equivalent)
• Board certification / eligibility in General Surgery
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Greece is mandatory
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Very good knowledge of English
• Proven competence in common general surgical procedures
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and critical thinking

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with lipedema diagnosis and treatment pathways; interest in surgical collaboration involving liposuction for medically indicated cases is a strong advantage
• Experience or interest in hair transplant procedures
