Role overview
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Team Lead to oversee and drive recruitment across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). In this role, you will lead a team of recruiters, partner with senior stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of top talent to fuel our growth within the technology and fintech sectors. You will act as both a people manager and a strategic advisor, balancing operational excellence with long-term talent strategies.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of the talent acquisition process, ensuring vacancies are filled on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Define and implement a recruitment strategy aligned with business objectives in the DACH region.
- Ensure effective recruitment processes, KPIs, and reporting standards.
- Lead regional and cross-border TA projects such as talent mapping, market intelligence, candidate pipeline building, and recruitment planning initiatives.
- Deliver insights and strategic recommendations to support business growth and long-term capability building.
- Lead and manage the regional TA team, providing guidance and support.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience (7+ years) in talent acquisition, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership/people management role.
- Strong background in recruiting within the DACH region and knowledge of regional employment laws and regulations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments and global-matrix organisations.
Bonus Skills:
- Fintech industry experience.
- Experience creating data-driven dashboards.
