How you will create an impact:

• Plan, develop, implement, and operate Microsoft M365 tools (SharePoint, Teams) and Power Platform applications (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, recommend enhancements, and promote best practices
• Align Microsoft services with business goals through strategic planning, keeping up with industry trends
• Define operational level agreements within IT and ensure compliance
• Configure and maintain Microsoft applications in collaboration with the MS operations team
• Provide advanced technical support to end-users, resolving issues within service level agreements
• Liaise with vendors for support, updates, and enhancements, ensuring SLAs are met
• Support knowledge management and digital collaboration using Microsoft tools
• Develop and deliver training, create documentation, and maintain knowledge bases
• Manage incident resolution and root cause analysis, implementing preventive measures

About you:

• Apprenticeship as IT specialist or bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
• Approximately 5 years of experience in Microsoft application management or similar roles
• Experience developing and customizing applications within Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate
• Understanding of web technologies like HTML5, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with SaaS enterprise software and cloud technologies
• Familiarity with integration and automation scenarios, API management
• Strong communication skills to convey technical info to non-technical stakeholders
• User-focused approach, ensuring applications meet needs
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in English for effective communication in international teams
