Your Role as COO – Shape the Future of Compliance Services

As Chief Operating Officer, you will take on a key leadership role within the management team. You will be responsible for overseeing our operational service delivery, managing strategic client relationships, and driving the implementation of innovative compliance solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize the delivery of Compliance-as-a-Service operations
  • Oversee regulatory monitoring, gap assessments, and impact analyses
  • Develop and execute implementation concepts for new regulatory requirements (e.g., KWG, WpIG, MaComp)
  • Collaborate with our advisory and legal teams on cross-functional projects
  • Participate in strategic decision-making

Qualifications

  • Completed university degree (e.g., law, finance, economics or related fields), Bachelor or higher
  • Professional experience at a Big Four firm or in a regulated financial institution
  • In-depth knowledge of German and EU financial regulation (e.g., KWG, WpIG, WpHG, MaComp)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
  • Strategic mindset and interest in RegTech and digital compliance solutions
