As a Technical Director at Line1, you’ll be an integral part of our mission to enhance the security standards of blockchain projects across various chains, including Ethereum, BSC, and more.

Your role

As a Technical Director, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our technical strategy. You will lead a talented team of engineers, overseeing the technical aspects of smart contract audits, Dapp audits, blockchain audits, penetration testing, and more. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Providing technical leadership and guidance to the development and security teams.
2. Collaborating with stakeholders to define technical requirements and project milestones.
3. Driving innovation in our audit methodologies and technical processes.
4. Ensuring the continuous improvement of technical standards and practices.
5. Staying abreast of industry trends and advancements in blockchain technology.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Director or in a similar leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of blockchain technology and security best practices.
• Strong expertise in smart contract audits, Dapp audits, and blockchain security.
• Demonstrated success in leading and managing technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
