Job Description:

Do you want to shape beneficial technologies with your ideas? Whether in mobility solutions, consumer goods, industrial technology, or energy and building technology - with us, you will have the chance to improve quality of life worldwide. Welcome to Bosch.

Bosch Sensortec GmbH is looking forward to your application!

Our team at Bosch Sensortec headquarters is driving the development of cutting-edge Mixed-Signal ICs, enabling new features for our customers. We are seeking an experienced IC digital designer to strengthen our team. You will be responsible for designing and developing digital logic for our next-generation sensors. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in RTL design and synthesis, with a deep understanding of the latest digital IC design technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement digital circuits for ICs using industry-standard design tools and flow.
  • Derive detailed specifications from early high-level architectural exploration and microarchitectural research.
  • Create physical implementations of digital modules from RTL to GDS II.
  • Optimize designs for power, performance, and area.
  • Write and review design documentation.
  • Ensure digital circuits meet system requirements through debugging and verification.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate your design into the chip architecture.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital IC design technologies and trends.

Qualifications:
