Mackenzie Stuart is partnering with a global speciality manufacturer specialising in the Food and Beverage Ingredients sector. Looking to expand in the German/EU market, this organisation is in need of a Technical Sales Manager.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organised individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers & clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the technical sector.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
4. Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to clients.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and drive customer satisfaction.
6. Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to management.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in food science, food technology, or business, preferably with experience in the food industry.
• 3-5+ years experience in Food B2B Ingredient sales.
• Practical experience in a product development/applications role within the food / beverage industry.
• Creative, enthusiastic and knowledgeable about food, its appearance, ingredients and industrial processing.
• Proven ability to assimilate technical information, manage and deliver projects.
