Your Mission

• You evolve and maintain our platform to support current and future levels of scale and capabilities
• You work closely with development teams, architects, and cloud engineers to engineer and deliver what matters
• You champion platform security and compliance, mentor in best practices, and oversee adherence to standards
• You display and foster a DevOps mindset, making it easy for teams to really own their products
• You develop, operate, and integrate high‑quality platform utilities that are crucial building blocks of our overall system

Your Skills

• You have a degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent experience, plus 3+ years in platform engineering (or a similar role)
• Must-Haves: Strong knowledge of Containers, Git, CI/CD pipelines. A good understanding of Kubernetes, Cloud, Terraform and general software engineering
• Nice-to-Haves: Software engineering background (e.g., experience in development beyond platform work).
• You see tools as tools and learn new ones fast when the job calls for it
• You understand that an engineering org is a socio‑technical system and no change is ever just a change
• You have a solid grasp of distributed systems and care about quality attributes like availability, reliability, correctness, but know when pragmatism beats perfection
• You have a startup mindset: collaborative, hands‑on, and adaptable, and a bonus if you have a software engineering background – because it’s easier to design a great car when you also drive it
