The Tax Manager Germany (m/f/d) is in charge of the tax environment and tax declaration of our four German entities. This role reports to the Head of Finance Germany and collaborates closely with the group shareholder (LVMH) tax department and the finance project leader. We are seeking a solution‑oriented professional who can work autonomously in an international environment, enhance tax compliance awareness, support the business with questions, and ensure conformity with deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Management of the following German tax environments: Corporate tax & CIT; Withholding tax (50a); VAT; support in wage tax treatments if required
  • Ensure correct application of the tax compliance assessment performed by an external partner, collaborating with HR, finance, and other departments
  • Calculate corporate tax for the GmbH for shareholder reporting and prepare tax proof on actual data and budget exercises
  • Maintain the implemented transfer pricing framework based on international tax knowledge
  • Act as the key interlocutor for the tax auditor during tax audits and coordinate data collection
  • Assess withholding tax application on diverse projects in collaboration with creative and legal teams

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in Tax, preferably with prior experience as a tax advisor and then in-house counsel
  • Experience with the German tax certificate exam process
  • Solution‑oriented mindset and structured working method to manage multiple tasks with strict deadlines
  • Willingness to take over responsibility and work independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with stakeholders on transversal projects
  • Fluent English and German
