Jung von Matt HAMBURG is looking for an Account Social Media Director (d/f/m) in full time.

The tasks:

  1. Lead the development and execution of comprehensive social media strategies to drive brand growth and engagement.
  2. Oversee and mentor a team of social media project managers to ensure high-quality output and innovative campaigns.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
  4. Analyze social media performance metrics and provide strategic insights to optimize future campaigns.
  5. Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging platforms to maintain the agency's competitive edge in digital marketing.
  6. Provide excellent consulting services regarding offers and budget control.
  7. Coordinate and realize new business projects/pitches.
  8. Plan, coordinate, manage, and control the overall budget for large and complex projects.

About you:

  1. Extensive experience in leading social media strategies and managing large-scale campaigns.
  2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving common goals.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and strategies (German C2-Level & English B2-Level).
  4. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation in the digital space.
