For our location in Niederndorf/Tyrol (near Kufstein) we are looking for a full-time employee to join our team with immediate effect:

Data Scientist (all genders)

Your Tasks

• Development and implementation of a company-wide data strategy to support business objectives
• Identification of data-driven optimization opportunities and translation of business requirements into technical solutions
• Ensuring compliance with data protection requirements (e.g. GDPR) and implementing data quality standards
• Analyzing large data sets to develop KPIs, dashboards and data-based recommendations for action
• Selection, implementation and management of data management tools and evaluation of new technologies such as AI and big data
• Promoting a data-driven corporate culture and sensitizing employees to the handling of data
• Supporting management in the introduction and implementation of data-driven strategies
  
  

Your Profile

• Degree in computer science, data science, business informatics or a comparable field of study
• In-depth understanding of data analysis, big data, machine learning and artificial intelligence
• Knowledge of data protection laws and data ethics
• Experience in change management and the introduction of new processes
• Ability to work with interdisciplinary teams from development, design and marketing
• Experience in using data analysis and visualization tools, big data tools, database management systems (DBMS), data governance tools, machine learning platforms and business intelligence tools
• Very good knowledge of German and English
