Join AirAdvisor – Innovate, Lead, and Make an Impact, and work remotely from Germany.
About Us
AirAdvisor is dedicated to ensuring air travelers receive the compensation they are entitled to for flight disruptions. We handle issues such as delays, cancellations, missed connections, overbooking, and baggage claims. We operate in the EU, UK, and other international markets, and support 21 languages (with 9 more forthcoming). We aim to protect air passenger rights globally and aspire to process 1 million claims by the end of 2026.
We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Lawyer specializing in consumer flight claims to lead in-court collections and potentially establish a boutique law practice in Germany. Pre-court collections are managed by paralegals. You will file batches of court cases to recover compensation and out-of-pocket expenses for passengers, and recover ticket refunds. AirAdvisor handles EU261 claims and baggage claims under the Montreal Convention.
The law or judge’s decisions may be escalated where feasible, and there may be PR opportunities around court victories and essential legal issues. This is an excellent opportunity for high performers who can self-perform, have strong litigation experience, and are passionate about advocating consumer rights in the airline industry.
The candidate must be free from conflicts of interest and able to litigate against different airlines.
