CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed,

Logistics Transition Lead, Senior. This position is in support of the EMITS 2 Task Order Business Office (TBO), located in Wiesbaden, Germany. This is a temporary assignment located in Germany lasting no longer than 18 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Performs transition-in logistics activities under supervision of Transition-In Lead and ensures minimal service disruption and no service degradation during and after transition
• Implements Transition-In Plan using ADVANCE transition service processes and completes logistics-related transition activities, including logistics support for materials and equipment
• Supports, analyzes, and coordinates logistics requirements across EMITS 2 contract
• Responsible for product lifecycle, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, inspections and installations, inventories, and final disposition of resources, and develops and maintains lists of equipment/materials in accordance with regulations
• Prepares forms, reports, and documentation for all equipment, hardware, and software delivered to the Government and provides software license agreements and key data for software licenses fielded
• Tracks replacement actions until closed and provides shipping and invoice documentation
• Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments
• Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments
• Supervises inventory staff
  
  

Qualifications

Required:

• BS/BA with 8-12 years’ experience
• Hold an active TS/SCI clearance
• Demonstrates expertise in logistics transition activities, particularly within government or military IT environments.
• Possesses comprehensive knowledge of transition processes and product lifecycle management, from acquisition to final disposition.
• Exhibits strong coordination skills in managing logistics requirements across complex contracts, preferably for military or government customers.
• Showcases proficiency in preparing detailed documentation for equipment, hardware, and software deliveries, including software license management.
• Displays mastery in inventory tracking, replacement actions, and shipping processes.
• Excels in supervising inventory staff and functioning as a technical expert across multiple project assignments, ensuring minimal service disruption during transitions.

The Proposed Salary Range For This Position Is

$67,800 - 142,200 USD
