Your Role:
As the HR Integrated Solutions Partner for Electronics you are involved in developing and executing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives and drive the employee life cycle through expertise and know-how. As a trusted advisor, you will provide strategic guidance and insights on various HR matters.
Your role involves providing timely consultation to your HR Business Partner as well as Senior Management on various HR key areas with a special focus on Total Rewards program design, best practices, applications, processes, compliance and tools within our organization and the broader market. You will support and train on Total Rewards initiatives while driving continuous improvement of standards and processes.
Being part of a team of HR experts you will leverage yours and their expertise, various data sources and your strong business acumen to also consult on and strategically influence other HR key areas of the people plans, such as compensation, benefits, workforce forecasting, capacity planning, and talent development strategies, including Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I).
You will also build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive collaboration and support the adoption of HR strategies and initiatives. In addition, you will partner with Corporate HR functions to align on overall company strategies and ensure business-specific priorities are considered.
