In the field of electric mobility, there is the strength to meet the demanding requirements of the automotive industry and to exceed expectations.

For a location in the greater Rastatt area, we are looking for you in the Advanced Technology division as

Advanced Director Mechatronic Systems (m/f/d)

Your knowledge and skills:

• Management of an international team of 11 engineers
• Responsible for the strategic and operational development processes with the aim of generating new competitive processes and products in the area of electric motors and pumps, taking into account profitability, investment costs and flexibility
• Controlling and assessing the work and ensuring the documentation of the development work
• Intensive cooperation with other areas to optimize the design of new products
• Conducting technical discussions with customers of new technologies
• Independent completion of any activities within the framework of the specified organizational guidelines
• Participation in shaping future technologies by working in a global team

• Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering or mechatronics and several years of experience as a manager
• Team spirit, motivation and creativity
• Very good technical knowledge in the field of electric motors / pumps
• Very good knowledge of product development and manufacturing is an advantage
• Independent, responsible and structured working style as well as the ability to think analytically
• Strong hands-on mentality and ability to work in a team
• Confident written and spoken German and English skills, other foreign languages are an advantage
