Responsibilities

• Lead client consulting for SAP PS, PPM, CPM modules.
• Analyze, design, and implement custom requirements.
• Develop client‑specific extensions and collaborate with development teams.
• Manage consulting projects, workshops and client meetings.
• Run implementation, optimization, transformation and release change projects for SAP PS / EPPM.
• Build and nurture client relationships; support pre‑sales when needed.
• Mentor and lead Young Professionals and Consultants.
• Conduct internal training, customer workshops and knowledge transfer.
• Contribute to SAP EPPM consulting and solution portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years SAP consulting experience with a focus on PS, PPM, CPM.
• Deep process knowledge in project and portfolio management.
• Experience in SAP implementation and transformation projects.
• Proficient in customizing, process design and methodological consulting.
• Strong communication, customer orientation and professional demeanor.
• Passion for knowledge sharing and team development.
• Willingness to travel for client assignments.
• Excellent German (very good) and good English skills.
