Responsibilities

  • Steuern the complete end‑to‑end recruiting process and ensure a professional Candidate‑Experience.
  • Develop targeted recruiting strategies to acquire talent.
  • Improve recruiting processes continuously.
  • Conduct high‑quality structured interviews during selection processes.
  • Collaborate closely with managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Execute active‑sourcing strategies and engage candidates on leading platforms.
  • Own development and positioning of the employer brand.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and negotiate collective agreements.

Qualifications

  • Completed studies or training in HR, psychology, communication, or a comparable field.
  • Relevant experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.
  • Cooperative, team‑ and solution‑oriented working style.
  • Respectful and transparent communication with applicants throughout the selection process.
  • Strong communication skills, empathy and a confident presence.
  • Structured, organized working style with good priority sense.
  • Passion for inspiring people and actively shaping the company's growth.
