Your Responsibilities

  • Gastronomic and operational responsibility for the facility
  • Point of contact for customers and guests on-site
  • Budget management, monthly closing, and reporting
  • Ordering and inventory management
  • Leading and motivating staff, scheduling
  • Implementing creative culinary concepts and menu planning
  • Ensuring hygiene and HACCP standards are met
  • Operational involvement in daily business

Your Profile

  • Experience in a leadership role in hospitality, catering, or similar
  • Qualified as a chef, master chef, or comparable
  • Business acumen and strong numerical skills
  • Ability to balance regional and international cuisine
  • Excellent manners, professional appearance, and enthusiasm as a host
  • Results-oriented, motivating leadership style, and a 'Can Do' attitude
