TikTok Partnership & Creator Manager

Your Responsibilities

• Partnerships & Affiliates: You will build and maintain our TikTok Partner & Affiliate network from the ground up. You will interact with creators and influencers, negotiate deals 🤝, and support them in their development.
• Content Strategy: You will develop pioneering briefings for our affiliates and partners, showing them which concepts best showcase our products.
• Community Management: You will manage our TikTok profile page, develop and post new content, or feature the best affiliate content (paid).
• Paid Strategy: In collaboration with our Spanish TikTok Hub, you will provide recommendations for the paid strategy and identify which partners receive additional advertising support.
• Performance Analysis: Online is nothing without data: You will continuously analyze the success of your measures and optimize view rates, clicks, and revenue.

Your Profile

• Degree: Completed studies in Online Marketing, Media, Communication, Data Science, or a comparable qualification.
• Partnership Experience: You have experience in partnership management, ideally on TikTok or other social media platforms. You have a sharp instinct for which creators best fit our brand.
• TikTok Native: You are deeply rooted in the TikTok world, ideally have your own network, and possess a deep understanding of the platform, its algorithms, and trends.
• Creativity & Team Spirit: You are a creative personality with a talent for storytelling and video creation. At the same time, you enjoy working in a team and actively contributing your ideas.
• Analytical Thinking: Numbers and KPIs are a natural part of your work, and you are used to deriving data-based recommendations and optimizing campaigns.
• (!) Bilingual: German and English are no problem for you, and you are confident communicating in both languages (written & spoken).
