How You Will CELLebrate

• Providing proactive legal advice in a holistic manner regarding commercial transactions, including drafting, negotiating, and reviewing all kinds of agreements with a focus on battery business in the purchasing area.
• Legal advice and support on legal issues related to the development of new and existing business areas.
• Legal support for subsidiaries regarding commercial topics.
• Participation in the preparation of draft resolutions on commercial projects for various committees, including drafting of the resolution texts.
• Supporting the development of proprietary standard contracts and establishing legal standards for PowerCo.
• Coordination of cooperation with external lawyers in Germany and abroad.

What You Need For Our CELLebration

• German law degrees with above-average results and admission to the bar.
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in commercial law, preferably in an international company or law firm.
• Fluency in German and English.
• A team player with an interactive, communicative, and structured working style, excellent negotiating skills, and high implementation speed.
