About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and technically minded Technical Sales Manager (M/F) to lead partner development and account management across the Nordic and Eastern European regions, including Sweden, Denmark, the Netherlands, and Poland.
This is a key role focused on managing and growing existing distributor relationships, ensuring strong technical alignment, market activation, and pipeline development. You will inherit established partnerships and play a critical role in elevating their performance while driving sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage technical projects across the full lifecycle, from specification to after-sales.
- Drive market development initiatives, identify growth opportunities, and strengthen partner networks.
- Build and maintain strong international customer relationships; plan targeted acquisition strategies.
- Analyze market segments and competition; define actionable measures and execute product launches.
- Act as a technical advisor, providing training and expertise to partners in collaboration with internal teams.
- Support revenue and margin development, price negotiations, and payment monitoring.
- Implement and manage the sales pipeline, provide monthly forecasts, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Represent the company at customer events and trade fairs.
What We’re Looking For
- Technical or commercial education with a first experience in business development, account management, product management or technical support.
- Strong technical understanding and interest in innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
- Ability to navigate in an international context and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time; hybrid work model (2 days home office per week).
