Technical Sales Manager – Concrete - Europe

Role Overview: We seek a Technical Sales Manager – Concrete – Europe to identify new business opportunities, drive product qualifications, and support our concrete customers technically.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Business Development: Act as the technical expert for concrete applications, identifying growth opportunities and developing relationships with key customer technical teams.
  2. Technical & Application Support: Assist customers with technical barriers, provide product presentations, and monitor industry regulations.
  3. Customer Complaint Management: Lead investigations into complex complaints, collaborating across teams.
  4. Quality & Continuous Improvement: Monitor product quality trends, resolve deviations, and support process improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in the concrete industry, preferably with raw materials or additives suppliers.
  • Strong expertise in concrete applications, formulations, and testing techniques.
  • Ability to assess and develop new product opportunities.
  • Proactive, independent, with excellent communication and relationship skills.
  • Fluent in English and French or German; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willing to travel up to 70% across customer sites and Sibelco locations.
