Job/Position Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Understand KPIT's Body Electronics offerings/solutions and explain the same to customers to create customer interest.
• Understand/interpret customer requirements/RFQ and map the same to KPIT offerings/competencies.
• Identify (unexpressed) customer problem areas/opportunities, market challenges, and create new business opportunities by providing technical consulting & solutions (Proactive Propositions).
• Provide feedback to improve KPIT’s offerings based on customer needs/market challenges, technological trends, etc.
• Contribute in defining technology roadmap/investment proposals to meet customer and market needs.
• Drive the RFQs and RFPs. Work with the customers by providing technical solutions for customers’ needs, front end the delivery to the customer ensuring the solution designed is set up appropriately once the business is won.
• Collaborate/participate with offshore SMEs and leaders in estimation, high-level project planning, and developing attractive and winning customer propositions. Have Joint KRAs of revenue along with the market sales team.
• Help WIN/start/stabilize/execute projects offshore by knowledge transfer, customer coordination, offering confidence to customer, etc.
• Technology consulting on topics related to Body Electronics.

Candidate's Profile:

• Expertise in working in OEM in Integration at the vehicle level.
• Experience in software architecture design for Body features.
• Experience in Application software design and development.
• Good knowledge of E/E architecture, sensor, and actuator interfaces.
• Good knowledge of vehicle communication protocols like CAN and Ethernet.
• Familiarity with infrastructure tools like Rhapsody, Magicdraw for architecture modeling, DOORS/PTC for Requirements Management, Change Management, and Version Management.
• Familiarity with Testing and Automation tools like dSPACE HIL, Vector VT, CANoe, NI Teststand.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with functional safety concepts and ISO 26262, Cyber Security ISO 21434 is desired.
• Knowledge of Classic or Adaptive AUTOSAR.
• Knowledge of C, C++, Python, CI/CT.
• Working experience in Agile.
• Knowledge of service-oriented architecture.
• Knowledge of ASPICE.

• Willingness to learn and keep abreast with leading technologies.
